Key Lime Pie Martini
                                            (Mexican Lime Pie Martini)
                                                                 

Ingredients:
1 martini glass
1 1/2 ounce vanilla vodka (1 shot)
3/4 ounce Cointreau
3/4 ounce fresh squeezed lime juice (limón)
3/4 ounce Roses lime juice
splash of cream or evaporated milk
3 or 4 crushed up Graham crackers
lemon wedge (limón amarillo) to rim the glass

 

Directions:
put crushed graham crackers on a flat little plate
rim martini glass with the lemon wedge (See Cran Margarita recipe)
dip rim of glass into the graham crackers
put to one side
fill a shaker with ice and add all ingredients (vanilla vodka, Cointreau, fresh lime juice, Roses lime juice and the splash of cream)
shake vigorously and then pour into graham cracker rimmed martini glass.
