Ingredients:
1 1/2 ounce SILVER tequila ( I used Patron, but it must be silver)
3/4 ounce Cointreau
Lemon Juice
Cranberry Juice
Kosher Salt
Directions:
Put Kosher Salt on a saucer or something wide enough to dip the rim of the glass in.
Cut your lemons and lime (See video at top of page).
Cut off both ends of the fruit, cut in half, lengthways.
Put a small incision across the lemon or lime (in the middle).
Cut each half into threes lengthwise.
Take one of the pieces of lemon and rim the glass.
Dip in the Kosher Salt, shake off excess.
Fill glass with ice (don't disturb the salt)
Add ingredients, silver tequila, cointreau, squeeze juice of two lemon wedges, cranberry juice.
Serve with a lime garnish.
