Mexican Style Hummus

Ingredients:back to antojitos

1 15 oz can of pinto beans, rinsed and drained
1/2 cup of salsa (pico de gallo or any tomato salsa)
1Tbsp lime juice
2 tsp extra virgin olive oil
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tsp cumin
1/2 cup toasted pumpkin seed
1/2 cup cilantro

Directions:

Put beans, salsa, lime juice, oil, garlic,and cumin in food processor or blender
Puree until smooth
Spoon mixture into bowland stir in pumkin seeds and cilantro
You can eat immediately or cover and refrigerate
