Tacos Al Carbón

Ingredients:Back to Platos
2 pounds flank or skirt steak
green onions/ grilled
cucumbers/ sliced
green salsas (canned or see tomatillo enchilada salsa recipe)
red salsa brava (bottled or see Leslies all purpose salsa recipe)
purple cabbage slaw (see tilapia tacos)
guacamole (see guacamole recipe)
4 flour tortillas

Directions:
grill the meat over mesquite coals, if available. I used regular charcoal
grill the green onions at the same time.
thin slices of beef grill quickly so time will depend on the heat of your coals
remove beef to chopping block, cut up into thin long strips.
put beef and scallions into flour tortilla
All other gredients are optional
