Chilaquiles Casserole

INGREDIENTS:
12 CORN TORTILLAS ( STALE ONES ARE GREAT FOR THIS )
2 CUPS REFRIED BEANS
3 CUPS SHREDDED CHICKEN ( ANY MEAT WILL WORK )
3 CUPS SHREDDED CHEESE
CHILAQUILES SAUCE
DIRECTIONS:
SPREAD HALF TORTILLA CHIPS ON THE BOTTOM OF A SHALLOW 3 QT. BAKING DISH.
SPOON DOLLOPS OF BEANS OVER TORTILLAS AND THEN 1/2 THE CHICKEN, HALF THE SAUCE, AND HALF THE CHEESE. REPEAT LAYERS.
IF YOU REFRIGERATE AT THIS POINT BEFORE BAKING DON'T LEAVE ANY LONGER THAN 4 HOURS.
BAKE UNCOVERED AT 375 DEGREES FOR 35-40 MINUTES ( A LITTLE LONGER IF YOU REFRIGERATED ) UNTIL CHEESE HAS MELTED .
GARNISH WITH CILANTRO AND OLIVES.
SERVE HOT
DON'T HESITATE TO CHANGE FILLINGS ______ EX. LEAVE OUT THE BEANS, ADD FISH, JUST TORTILLAS CHEESE AND SAUCE!!!
