INGREDIENTS:Back to Platos
3 TBSP OLIVE OIL
1 WHITE ONION (DICED)
3 CLOVES GARLIC (MINCED)
10 PEELED SHRIMP
1/4 CUP TEQUILA
3 ROMA TOMATOES (DICED)
2 LIMES (JUICE OF)
1 TBSP CILANTRO (CHOPPED)
1 AVOCADO (DICED)
SALT AND FRESH GROUND PEPPER

DIRECTIONS:
IN A MEDIUM SIZED PAN SAUTE OLIVE OIL, ONIONS, AND GARLIC.
WHEN ONIONS ARE TRANSLUCENT ADD SHRIMP.
CONTINUE TO SAUTE 3 OR 4 MIN.
ADD TEQUILA AND LET ALCOHOL BURN OFF THEN ADD TOMATOES AND LIME.
SAUTE FOR ANOTHER 2 OR 3 MIN. AND WHEN THE SHRIMP IS FULLY COOKED FOLD IN CILANTRO AND AVOCADO.
SEASON WITH SALT AND PEPPER.
YOU CAN SERVE OVER RICE.
